Alright, imagine this: you're in one of those reality shows where they abandon you + leave you to fend for yourself. But, maybe instead of some remote wilderness, its an old mall, where you can at least stay warm + away from bears š
The mall is dark, and youāre tempted to just stay put because it feels safer. Then you realizeāyou actually have a candle.
You light it + notice you arenāt trapped in your two-foot radius of safetyāyou can venture out into the mall. With each step forward, you begin to see more of the mall + you start to formulate a plan.
This movement from being stuck in place to illuminating a path forward is what is at the heart of my "Dream It, Do It" coaching program.
This program is for anyone whoās found herself caught in a wrestling match between dreams + self doubts. It's inspired by my own experiences (more below!) as well as the shared struggles of everyday womenā clients, friends + familyā desperate for something to change.
And weāll get to that! But first: Iām spilling the beans on why I created it in the first place.
Why the Dream It, Do It program is even a thing:
As a life coach, Iāve worked with numerous women who not only need help getting started on creating a more satisfying lifeābut they also need help believing that change is possible.
In order to jump-start that belief, I combine coaching skills with my clinical social work experience, using techniques that have helped my clients reach a wide variety of goalsāfrom launching a biz to managing a health crisis, creating healthy boundaries, and all the life + relationship struggles inbetween.
And what Iāve noticed in my work, and lets face it, everyday life, is a common thread that connects womenāthe struggle to balance their own desires with personal, family + societyās expectations.
When you add in an ever-present inner-critic, the self doubt, fear of failure + fear of disappointing others (plus a lack of support)...the life they seek can seem unrealistic, out of reach, and even a little scary.
And that is why I created Dream It, Do It Coaching.

Iāve Been In Your Shoes!
You might think that as a life coach, Iāve always had all the answers and self confidence. And youād be thinking wrong š
The real story is this: I left my career as a clinical social worker to be a stay at home mom (5 kids, yāall!). And while I was doing all the kid-juggling, the meal-planning, and trying desperately to keep a clean house (lost cause), I also dreamt of moreā¦
I had SO MANY ideas about what life could look like āwhen the kids were grownā and, if I was feeling bold, Iād tell people about my āfuture imaginary coaching practice,ā but I never made any attempts to make that a reality.
I was wrong... about all of it.
And I finally discovered how wrong I was when I learned my Enneagram type (4!) and realized that I was the one holding myself back.
I realized that compulsively keeping others happy, neglecting my needs and not taking action on my dreams were actually issues I could control.
I no longer considered myself a helpless victim of circumstances, but realized I had the power to run my own life.
And even more: I learned that not everything I thought was true.
...I had previously accepted all of my negative thoughts + self-critiques as facts šš¬--and now I knew that they were only thoughts and I could ignore them.
I finally summmoned the courage to become a certified Enneagram coach, and then rounded out my skills in a life coaching program. Friends, that process TOOK FIVE YEARS. Five.
Not because the courses were longābut because creating the confidence to keep moving forward was freaking hard. I was battling all my inner āI canātsā every step of the way.
(And I was doing it alone-- having a coach by your side definitely speeds up the process!!)
This experience fueled a passion to help women change their lives, and pursue their dreamsābig + small.
They want to believe that more is out there for them, that what they are experiencing now isnāt all there is...but their beliefs are floundering in the face of all they have going on in life.
My goal is to help them believe that MORE is not only possible, but totally achievable.
I want to help them turn āI wishā into āI did.ā

The Solution: Supportive + Individualized Coaching
In a world full of self-help books, online courses, and the only therapist your insurance will approve, this coaching program provides hands-on help, tailored to YOU. I donāt offer a cookie-cutter formula for every client to follow, because every client is different.
In Dream It, Do It Coaching, your goals are my goals.
It's personalized, designed to meet you where you are, addressing your unique needs in each session.
Unlike many other programs, you have direct access to me, your coach, providing real-time support and guidance in between sessions as needed.
Whats more, inspired by my own tentative transformation, I envisioned a program that would inspire action (instead of more worry + doubt!). The 6-week structure emerged as a gentle nudge, short enough to not be too far out of the comfort zone, yet long enough to actually make an impact.
The Reviews Are In...
But donāt just take my word for itāthe positive feedback says it all. Here's what some of the women who've invested in Dream It, Do It Coaching have said:
Michaela shared:
āHonestlyā¦ it was everything I didn't know I needed. Working with Alison changed everything for me and made my thoughts, ideas, concerns, + struggles SO much easier to manage + process.ā
And Dani said:
"Alisonās ability to listen and ask questions helps me feel seen and heard, like she truly understands, without judgment. Iāve struggled with all-or-nothing behaviors, and Alison helped me make changes bit by bit, without making a big deal out of everything or getting overwhelmed!"
š„°š„°ā¦women are loving having their very own coach to help them reach their goals. But thats not the only benefit we've discovered...
Creating a Toolkit For Your Whole Life
Several months after āgraduatingā from coaching, Casey reported this:
"My life has totally changed and our conversations 100% propelled me to taking the leap into this new chapter. I canāt thank you enough!"
Long story short: she continued to make positive changes AFTER we finished working together. How's that for a residual benefit?!
Listen, the challenges you face are not going away (sorry to be the bearer of bad news!) Needing to balance expectations + obligations, while managing doubts + fears will continue to be a reality.
Thats why its so vital that Dream It, Do It isn't just a short-term solution; it's a toolkit for life. The skills and beliefs cultivated during the program become indispensable for lifelong learning, growth, and transformative change.
Iām so grateful that I was able to overcome my own goal-stopping beliefs; and now I invite you to do the same!
you've totally got this
