hey, I'VE BEEN THERE too...

As a mom of 5, I couldn't imagine a scenario where I wasn't being pulled in all directions.

Where I felt confident in who I was + what I wanted.

Where I made time for myself + had dreams that I went after.


Instead, I felt trapped in the mom life--the one where you sacrifice for everyone else, try to keep the peace, + slowly lose all the pieces of you that matter, wondering, "is this all there is?"

MY ROADBLOCK: LACK OF CONFIDENCE

I KNEW that I needed to do something different

That I had a purpose beyond wiping bottoms and making mac + cheese

The problem was my brain, telling me "you can't" and "you're not worth it."

Even with the raging self talk battle, I started making my dreams reality.


Each tiny change I made led to another opportunity + decision + I slowly gained confidence + the momentum needed to move forward.


I became a woman who launched a new career, finds time for hobbies + relaxation + still manages date nights.


I became a woman who, when faced with something she wants, asks, "how can I make that happen?" instead of, "that would never work."

BUT NOW

I'm also the coach who empowers you to take action on what matters

If I would have skipped to the ending (as I like to do when I’m reading) I would have been overwhelmed by all of the things I had to do to reach my goals.


The key was making changes "one page at a time" + trusting that my current step was all I needed to focus on.
